  • A company picture & link to a short application video (optional)
  • Why of your company
  • Why of your application
  • Why, how and what of your work culture/ Modern Work initiatives 
  • Companies alignment with the Modern Work principles (!)
  • Your company's home-country, city, contact information and website name
  • Which of the three categories you want to apply in
